Customer Care: Returns and Refunds

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Exchanging or returning items can be done quickly and easily by sending us an email at londonfemme.co.uk@outlook.com.

At LONDON FEMME, we are dedicated to providing products that enhance your daily life and bring a touch of creativity and fun. We believe in the quality and effectiveness of our products, and we encourage you to ensure that you have reviewed all the recommendations outlined in our returns & refunds policy before considering a return. 

Cancellation Policy: If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please do so within  hours of placing it. After this window, your order will have entered the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If you successfully cancel your order within 12 hours, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

RETURN PERIOD: We use a return period of 14 days during which the customer may return his or her package without giving any reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

RETURN CONDITIONS: All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition suitable for resale with the tags still attached to the items. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Please note:

Eligibility for Returns: Products can only be returned if they have been tried on but not used, in compliance with hygiene and consumer protection regulations. Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage are not eligible for return.

Shipping & Custom Fees: Shipping fees are refundable only if the product was purchased at its full price. Products purchased with a discount greater than 30% off the original value are considered "hot deals," and in the event of a return, shipping and custom processing fees are non-refundable.

If you wish to return an item, please ensure it is in its original condition and packaging. For any questions or clarifications, feel free to contact our support team before initiating a return.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at londonfemme.co.uk@outlook.com. To expedite the process, kindly provide your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place the order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTED ITEMS: We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging, such as dented boxes, with a product in good condition is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at londonfemme.co.uk@outlook.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no cost to you. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Additional Notes

  • Returns for Discounted Products: If a product was purchased with a discount of over 30%, returns are only applicable in cases of physical defects. Examples for products include visible tears, detached surfaces, or manufacturing flaws that affect functionality.
  • Exchanges or Partial Refunds: For situations not covered above, customers are eligible for:
    • An exchange for another product of equal value.
    • A partial refund, based on the product’s condition and specific circumstances.
    • A total refund, minus the cost of shipping, if the return is approved under the 14-day guarantee or for other valid reasons as per our policy. 

WHAT ARE MY REFUND OPTIONS?

  1. Refund to Original Payment Method: If you choose to receive your refund via your original payment method, it usually takes 7-10 business days. After your return arrives at our warehouse, we process it within 10 working days. You can track your return using the tracking information provided with your shipment. Once the refund is issued, you’ll receive an email notification. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

EXCHANGES: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, our customer care team will notify you and ask what other item you wish to receive. We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

RETURN COSTS: Returns are on your own cost depending on the courier and the country you return your package from.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any exchanges. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. Please make sure to keep the proof of shipment until your order is returned to our warehouse. We are not able to cover any issue when you are not able to provide a track & trace or proof of shipment.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME: If you indicate that you would like to exchange a product when you register your return, we will immediately get to work on this. This way we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse we process it within 10 working days. On your track and trace that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From then on the 10 working days start. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 7 days before the refund is visible on your bank account.

It is the responsibility of the customer to review the most recent version of the Refund Policy before purchasing and using our products. By purchasing and continuing to use LONDON FEMME products, customers indicate their acceptance of this Refund Policy.
